흰눈이 보슬보슬 내려옵니다

고향에서 낯익은 새하얀 눈이

산에도 들에도 지붕위에도

소리없이 보슬보슬 내려옵니다

 

소리없이 보슬보슬 내리는 눈은

그리워서 기다리던 고향집 소식

반가워 두 손에 받아봤더니

눈물만 방울방울 짓고 있어요

There was much more snow falling in this winter than the usual year. I'm not sure other people's feeling with snow falling, but for me it brings always the rememberance of childhood. When I

was studying alone in the night sarangbang which was different house by anchae , always I could

 hear joyful voices of father, mother and sisters from anbang. I was too curious on what they

were talking.

 

One night when I open the door to hear voice of family, there was already big snow falling in the

yard. "Mother, it's big snow!"    When I shouted, mother opened door of anbang and warmly said

"Come on, take some rest."  I was so happy to hear therefore quickly came up there. Then mother

gave me some delicious snack and beverage and said "You're hardly studying, good boy."     There

was no more happier word absolutely not only in that days but also through the life.  Snow was continuously fallng over the night on the yard, roof and bamboo forest...  I was born and grown up in
