1. 나무야~ 나무야~ 겨울나무야
눈쌓인 응달에 외로이 서서

아무도 찾지않는 추운 겨울을
바람따라 휘파람만 불고있느냐

 

2. 평생을~ 살아가도~ 늘 한자리
넓은세상 얘기도 바람께 듣고

꽃피던 봄여름 생각하면서
나무는 휘파람만 불고있구나

We had seperated in classical music tea rooms 'Hun Mok' as soon as begin second term in September.

We couldn't see again through the term therefore it was really long long dark and lonely season over the Fall untill the first of winter. Final term examination finished eventually in December 4th. It might be assumed truely depart if we don't see in last day of the term and start of long winter vacation. I couldn't endure any more such breathtaking situation so that rendered message to invite her to term final  congregation in the church. I was waiting her with impatient and anxious feeling. But I couldn't say anything when she actually appeared at the last moment. We came into church without any word after just simple greeting. Of course my heart palpitated continuously. I can not clearly remember now how I sung together with her in duet harmony in front of many people.

 

Anyhow, the song that sung at that time was above children's song titled 'Gyowul Namu(Winter Tree)'in that cold winter. And we could meet again with that motivated event. After finish the congregation in that night, I accompanied her way to back home to Seoul station.   ...   How many winters came back  and passed again from that time. Time pass by but remembrance never vanish away...                 <Woon Hyang>
