The 1st Star Workshop was held in Yong Pyung Resort Area. Each Star presented why and how their business was so successful. My heart throbbed with excitement when I heard all their presentation. Although every surrounding business environment was such tough, it couldn't become obstacle for them anymore. Under the any trouble or any difficulties, Stars tried to look for the optimal route for success and finally they could reach to solution.
What was Stars' secret of success? Even they have been put on a bit different situation, the principal of success was almost same.
Firstly, they difined and set up the objective clearly and simply. They have looked positively anythin else and never disappointed. Second, they had strategy to hjit the goal. They were confident with themselves. Third, they implemented their action plan according to time line sincerely, so that could get the trust of customers.
The principal seems always not such difficult and complicate. It looks like even more general. Where came from different result? Everyone works under the same situation and system. Why someone goes to failure while the other one goes successful. Problem is not in the other or external factors.
